In my work, I support and guide life change processes with awareness and purpose, in order to promote a life that is more aligned with your true potential and that brings you balance, health, and well-being.<\/span><\/p>

I was born in Lisbon and I have Portuguese and Indian ancestry. I grew up travelling the world and I have already lived in Portugal, Belgium, and France. Although I do not have Brazilian family, Brazil is my second home.<\/p>

I've always been a very observant person. As a child, I loved being with animals, eating, cooking, traveling, and doing artistic work. I always enjoyed new experiences, but I remember silently absorbing everything around me because for a long time I couldn't fully understand people's behavior and how they dealt with their emotions. Consequently, as I grew up, I started to develop only my rational side and left behind everything artistic, intuitive, and emotional.<\/p>

My academic path was focused on the scientific field - I chose to study Chemical Engineering as it was the course I liked the most within the options I had at the time. As I was about to finish my degree, I promised myself I would never study again, as I thought it would be a sacrifice I wouldn't want to repeat. I then started my career working in consulting and business development. Fortunately, a few years later I realised the issue was not studying itself, but what I was studying. My logical mind enjoyed problem-solving, but I lacked purpose in what I was learning and doing. I regained the desire to study when I discovered astrology and realised it was a tool that allowed me to deeply understand human behaviour \u2014 it was the missing piece of my puzzle. At that point, a Pandora\u2019s box opened inside me, and I realised I wanted to learn more about myself and the dynamics I had experienced throughout my life. I studied extensively, completed portuguese and international certifications, and learned everything I could about trauma, emotional wounds, and personal development in the free time I had. Over time, I realised I would probably never stop studying \u2014 the truth is I simply enjoy continuous learning.<\/p>

As I began applying the things I studied to my daily life and my own life started changing, I realized that I could also help people around me by sharing the knowledge I had acquired. I started offering chart readings sessions outside of working hours and giving talks and courses for those who were curious to learn more about the topics I connected with. Everything happened organically, somewhat unexpectedly, and alongside the work I was already doing.<\/p>

After a few years in this rhythm, I decided it was time to change my life, even though the path I wanted to follow was not yet entirely clear. I left my corporate job and chose to take a few months to reflect. From this pause, many ideas and moments of clarity emerged. One of the main realisations was that I wanted to use my experience and knowledge to help others live healthier lives that are more aligned with their abilities. Over the course of my journey, I came into contact with many different types of people and began to notice that, regardless of background, we all struggle to take the necessary steps to live a life that is truly aligned with what brings us joy. I also learned that our physical health is deeply connected to our emotional well-being, and that it is essential to understand our limits and deepest needs.<\/p>

As a result, I developed my own methodology to support clients in their processes of change and self-discovery, using an approach that works on four levels \u2014 physical, mental, emotional, and subconscious. To do so, I draw on the various tools I have learned over the years, which have also greatly supported my own personal development journey. Each support plan is designed and structured in a fully personalised way, according to the individual\u2019s goals and the life stage they are in.<\/p>

Talks and workshops on Well-being, Talent, and Purpose emerged as a complement to individual support sessions, after I realised that the years I spent working in large companies had given me valuable know-how in stress management and emotional self-regulation in the corporate environment. This work is intended for companies that seek to promote a healthier work environment and more balanced, sustainable team performance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
